Tom joined Kendall Kingscott’s Exeter office in 2007 and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2009. Tom has been responsible for delivering programmes of work for Guinness Housing, Cornwall Council, the Environment Agency and numerous individual Academy Education Clients.
