The successful candidate should have project running experience to include design, specification and contract administration, preferably in the commercial/public sector delivering projects of refurbishment, maintenance and rehabilitation ranging in value from £50k to £5m. Your role will also extend to professional practice responsibilities including Party Walls, Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition as well as traditional Building Surveys.

Bid Proposal Co-ordinator
We have a vacancy for a Bid Proposal Co-ordinator to join the team. This is a varied role for someone with strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with and gather information form a range of sources; strong IT skills including a good working knowledge of Word and InDesign (or equivalent desk top publishing packages); excellent attention to detail and accuracy and a general flexible attitude to working as part of a team.

Placement Opportunities - Exeter
We are looking for undergraduates studying either Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying wishing to undertake a 12 month placement. You will be exposed to a depth and breadth of projects across a variety of sectors to give you first-hand experience in your chosen career.

APC or Chartered Quantity Surveyor
We have a vacancy in Teddington for an APC level or MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team. We offer a wide range of interesting and challenging project experience covering Retail, Residential, Education, Health and Commercial sectors. In addition to traditional QS work there is the opportunity to undertake EA/PM duties on a number of these schemes.
We are looking for a Technologist to work on an exciting range of new build/extension and refurbishment projects for a variety of high profile clients who must be able to demonstrate education and healthcare experience as well as a high degree of technical expertise. Ideally the successful candidate should hold an MCIAT qualification. Also desirable, but not essential, is experience in using Vectorworks.
